I took out a loan in January to pay to get my driver's license reinstated, at the time I was working at Convergy's as a Directv Tech Rep, and was making $10/hr, and grossing over 1K a month. However, due to unforseen circumstances, I had to stop working there. Since then, I have tried working out a payment arrangement with advance me today, but haven't been able to work out a repayment plan with them that I can afford.

If you have a loan with Western Sky turned over to Cash Call dated in between the dates of March 2011 and December 2011, please private message me. I had a voicemail this evening stating that this was their final attempt to contact and that I must contact them tomorrow before the end of the business day. I'm assuming they are contacting me for Ace Cash Express. I live in Alpine, Alaska. I just defaulted on my PDL in December. I didn't think they would sue this quick. HELP!
