can cc companies garnish wages/ pay checks....

I'm in Vegas, 5 PDLs are local, 8 are online. I got suspended from work for 2 weeks with NO PAY. As you can imagine, as of Thursday the 23rd of July, I am currently scrambling to find some sort of solution as I have ZERO money to pay ANYONE. I honestly really need someone to guide me because I am literally dying from the stress of losing my job, home, family, everything. I am 41 and I know better but once it started, it wouldnt stop. I owe two banks some money and they both closed my accounts with them... will this information go on my credit? and i have a large sum of money (two-digit thousands) in another bank, will they close my account too?

Has anyone had pdl's with Instant Wages before. They are not willing to work with me. They say that the only way from them to accept payment is through a checking account. I was informed to contact the attorney general of the state they are located in. But I am not sure where they are located. Hi and I am new to this forum...I have read other forum's but none seem as nice and helpful as this forum. My question is concern's on a chapter 13 I spoke with 1 attorney and have a second consult next week. If I have decided to do a 13 instead of a 7 because I own a car worth $8000 and motorcycle worth $10,000 and do not want to chance giving them up and would like to go threw the proper channels to complete a pay back plan. I make around $43,000 live in Florida have 2 dependent's plus myself. My c.c. debt is $40,000 I am current on mortage.

I got an email from a loan company out of Japan for a loan for 10,000 dollars. They wanted a 382.00 attorney fee to send the loan, but they would refund it back to me once I recieved the loan. They said that peole would borrow the money from them, but they never paid it back. Has anyone heard of this company because I cant remeber their name or are they a scam.

Can anyone tell me where to find a list of pd lenders who are licensed in the state of KY? My loans are all via internet.

does anyone know if PD One is an installment ingreement verses a PDL? If they are does that mean all interest must be paid along with the principle?
