Anyone have any dealings with them, they are a small business card service. They reported me to the credit bureau after I was 9 days late.

I have tried EVERY single email address I have found on the site and all my emails are returned as System Undeliverable, error message says that email address doesn't exist...humph...that's funny, they fill my email box everyday from the same email address I have been trying to send my letter to!! Anybody have a working email for them or updated address...anything?

I have this thru my job. Do I need to contact them to learn of my options? What do you expect that they will tell you to do? I owe 46000 and I have to work 2nd job all the time in order to swim instead of sink. Sigh. Thanks in advance for your help

We owe 46000. I work all the time and I have 2 jobs so I am able to pay bills from payroll to payroll. you guys talking about debt settlement. I don't have kind of $ to "settle." How do you do that?

OK guys, help, i am like around 70K in debt, combined income w/ hubby is 1ooK plus, almost all cc debt is in my name. called boa today b/c i have 2 accts w/ them, one acct has a bal of 24K; min pymt is 530/monthly another boa acct has 11K bal, min payment of 280/monthly. ( i have other debt w/ national city, commerce bank, discover, citibank) Spoke to the rep, he suggested i check out debt mgnt co such as: Take Charge America, Nova Debt, Green Path, CCCS.

Today I received a voicemail at work from this company stating they were trying to serve papers to my address. When I called them back after work I spoke to a Mr. Diaz..Louis Diaz. He proceeded to tell me he had a claim against me in the State of Illinois for bank fraud regarding MMG Holdings. When I asked him for a claim number he sort of panicked and tried to avoid answering. So I asked again and he said the account is ****. Then I said is that a claim number or account number. He got a little irritaed and said we will get nowhere if you keep talking over me.

I just found out that this phoenix debt management is an illegal loan collection agency that pockets the money rather than pay its original creditors. A scam artist within a scam artist. I was forced out of paying $191.50, and I could use that money to pay other bills, more legit bills to be exact. I'm thinking of placing a stop payment on this $191.50 before it clears this coming Thursday and that this nightmare is over. PDM called me on July 9th and threatened me with jail if I didn't pay.

Hi All, Move this if I have the wrong spot :-) I'm trying to figure out who reaged my debt. In May 2009 I was contacted by Zenith about an old CapOne debt. It is 4 years beyond SOL. I did a DV and received some printout of some odd figures and no where did my name show-up. Of course I figured that they are trying to checkmate me because they said in the accompanying letter they have satisfied my DV and to contact them immed. about payment.
