I have just received a notice of issue of warrant of execution under a Judgement I never received. I have had NO notice whatsoever of impending judgement or whatever. What do I do? This can't be legal, surely?

I have just received notice of a judgement and notice of warrant execution but have never received warning notification of any of it.

If one is 'planning' on going chap 7 bk next july (2010)(live in arizona and need 2 yrs residence) does it make any sense to "settle" with cc companies you are in debt to? Owe approx. 125k with BA, WF, FIA, Advanta, Chase, etc. Am approx. 3-4 months behind now on most. FIA will settle 15K for 3600,,,,but If i am unable to pay off the remaining cc,,,,,why settle with one or two?

So i have read all or at least most of the posts in regards to payday loan companies i myself have 4. Very ashamed that i got myself into this.I live in Texas and i got the 4 loans from the internet (Cashnet USA-$300, Loan Point USA-$300, Everest $300, L&G $160) I also called PDL Assitance and they were ok to speak with but they were kind of pushy wanting me to just do it.I have seen mixed reviews on here about using them and i am just wondering if i can handle it by myself, if so, how and where do i start? And also, what is a Cease and desist letter? Please advise

I have a judgment against me in PA, for a Discover Card I once had. Currently Discover has put Mann Bracken on the case for post judgment recovery. Has anyone dealt with them before? What can I expect? Will they take a payment plan? Thanks
