What is the lowest cost pay day loan company to pay off payday loans? I am in PA

Hello, Has anyone been able to negotiate some sort of a payment plan with lower monthly payments and 0% or low % interest over, say 5 years? Would this plan impact your credit? If yes, would I be better off with a settlement? I am not late on any cc but I am very close to it. Thanks

Can anyone tell me if paymentdirectonline, usfastcash and biggestcash are illegal lenders? Tried to do a little research on them and can't come up with anything. Paymentdirectonline says it doesn't have a public website. Thanks in advance.

Hi I have 4 cards totaling $42,000 they are about 4 months late I had lost my job went that whole time on unemployment. Luckily I found a job started in mid May I make around $41,000 a year. I was making $68,000. My question to you is I would like to do a dept settlement with a company rather then BK because I own a car value $9000 and a Motorcycle value $10,000 If I do a chapter 7 I risk the chance of losing them. Can I do a chapter 13 with this income and keep those items? Is there a means test on a chapter 13 to even see if you quilfy to be put in the program?

I'm wondering if anyone has any input or info........... I rec'd a call yesterday from a girl that was very vague about exactly where she was calling from. When I questioned her, she got a so called supervisor on the phone. She was calling about an old debt with Cashnet. They told me that I had 24 hrs to respond to them or face paying a lot more money in legal fees. The thing that raised a red flag for me was when I asked that something be sent to me via US mail.

I got a letter from superlative receivables management for a debt from north star capital aquisition(formerly capital one bank) and I can't get ahold of anyone to settle the debt, can someone please help me.

I found out it will cost me 200.00 each to file the answer (I live in Los angeles). I called Mann Bracken to see what I can do.

So here's the deal, I'm being sued by our local orthopedic company. I went in for some consultation and when my insurance didn't pay all my bill, I was unable to as well. I'm not sure where to go from here. I obviously can't afford a lawyer, so what do I do, just represent myself?
