If I filed Chap 7 while married ,does the waiting period to file again apply to me if I am now divorced?

Has anyone ever had any dealings with a place called Northeast Financial Solutions in Cheektowaga NY? Their address is 2448 union rd, but this also shows for a few other collection places on the web as well like "the offices of Goldstein & Rath. Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of them or dealt with them.

I live in Kansas...I have a lot of payday loans outstanding: Discountadvances owe 1350 for a 1000 loan, cashjar they take 175 every 2 weeks and nothing goes to prin (500 prin), cashtransfercenters 600 loan is 762 every two weeks, thinkcash pay 95.00 for a 2000 loan, check&go 575 every two weeks and Payday one 572.50. I have to renew one to pay the other and have hit the bottom. All of these loans were obtained via the internet. Are any illegal? I just need some guidance please! I don't know what to do to get out of this mess!

Hi Everyone, I am trying to settle a Chase account. It is only about 50 days past due now. This is my last cc account, so I am ready to get this settled! The balance is now around $24,800. I have offered to settle for 35% of the balance last week. It was turned down. They said they declined it because I had too many balance transfers just before the card became late in payments. I told them I will wait it out until they accept my offer. Anyway, does anyone out there have a recent Chase settlement. If so, what was the balance and what did you settle for?

Hi everyone. I am looking for advice of course. I owe GE Money bank $1800 and $590 on two accounts. The interest rates are killer - 29.9% on each. So even though the balances are small, my budget is so tight that I can only make the minimum payments and the amounts are not going down. I called them half a dozen times - and sent letters - explaining my financial situation (at a new job making less than before) and asking that they reduce my interest rate. They refused. And they were very rude about it on the phone.

I signed up with a settlement company about 7 months ago. Taking 239 a month out of my account, and I will admit the collection calls did stop. But I hadnt heard anything as to progress that was being made on my account. So I called in to check out what has been going on. There was never one specific person for me to go to with questions/concerns. When you call you get a differnt rep each time. So I ask if anything has yet to be done, and they tell me no that I only have $108.00 in my escrow act. I was shocked!

I took out a payday loan for Cashnet USA I haven’t been able to pay it back because of finance problems. lawyer or investigator from a law firm is telling me there submitting the paperwork to Tarrant county sheriff office and they will come and arrest me for defrauding a financial institute. What can I do they wont take payments and I have no money to give right now.

[color=blue][/color]I am just finishing a 16-month treatment plan for breast cancer and my husband was laid off over a year ago. Since I am the only one working, and have to take frequent sick days, money has been very, very tight. I took out a PDL to help us out several months ago and now I am in way over my head... I have paid over $720 on a loan for $300, and they are still taking money out of my account. Because of this, I am two months behind in rent. I live in the state of Minnesota, and until stumbling upon this site, I never knew most internet PDLs were illegal!!!

I recieved a payday loan from Panam Financial. At the time I also had other payday loans. I do not remember signing anything from this company but to my surprize the money was deposited.I would now like to pay them off to stop the $140 every 2 weeks from automatically being taken from my checking account but cannot find a number,website or anything. My account statement doesnt give me a clue.I live in Maryland.Can anyone help me solve this expensive puzzle?
