First of all, I would like to apologize to the mods for my last thread. These companies harrass people everyday, I just wanted to give them a taste of their own medicine. I received an unauthorized amount in my checking account from Norstar. It seems that its a common tactic of their's to deposit money in an account, hoping that the customer won't catch on, and later try to claim that you owe them the loan AND the fees.

I have asked Bass & Associates for an account statement. This debt dates back to 2000, and was reaffirmed in 2004 in my bankruptcy proceedings. I have requested, in writing a complete statement. I asked for monies paid, owed, fee's and rate information. They haven't responded. Any recourse? This is a motorcycle loan, but used for primary transportation to work until 2006.

Hi- I would first like to say that I was in a total mess and once I found this site- I have been able to clear it up so thank you. I have a friend who also got into a payday loan mess and now really needs to file a bankruptcy to relieve herself of all her debt- she doesn't want to do it but its probably the best option for her right now. She told me that some of those payday loan contracts have something about not filing for bankruptcy as one of the clauses.

Was wondering. I am putting question to community forum. I won the $50.00 question of the month for May, and was wondering, are taxes supposed to come out on it?

I've read numerous complaints against this company. I noticed that I received a deposit in my account, and I did not agree to any payday loan from this company. It seems that when anyone applies for a payday loan online, their bank account info is sent to many different agencies. This particular shady company will randomly make deposits and debits from various accounts without authorization. Eff this. I'm going to teach them a lesson. The work phone number they have for me is incorrect, so they can't touch me. I am going to keep the money and change bank accounts.

Any contact information on impactsolutions LLC/ PDl tecnologies LLC/ High country ventures LLC. how many names can you have, I've tired to email these people or reply and it comes back unkown. They are in Montana maybe???? put a block on the ACH, Bet they will contact me now. They should not be doing business in Oregon.. Help

these people called me yesterday about a repo'd car from 1989! what is their problem? I have never had a car repo'd in my life. They even had my social. how do i get them off my back?

I live in TEXAS.. I have an old DISCOVERY card debt and it was sold to FNCB, Inc. they claim they have a judgement against me for this debt. FIRST of all how do I find out if they are licensed in TEXAS and, if this judgement is real? This lady called and said they are going to file a lein on my bank account and make us sell any real property to pay them back ??? Can they do that ??? I am a NERVOUS WRECK...they call my phone EVERY DAY and are now calling my work...

A collection agency filed a judgement against an OLD DISCOVER card balance. THEY are threatening to lein my bank accounts and make us sell things to pay them back.. I live in TEXAS... WHAT can I do ???
