does anyone have an email address for nationwide cash advance?

I have a question and need help, I had 2 outstanding payday loans and recieved a call from PDM about 6 weeks ago, I successfully made arrangements to pay them off because I fell for the "we have a court order waiting against you" trick, I was told that I would be paid in full and now they are calling me again at work and harassing me telling me no, I was not paid in full, I have the copies of the debits from my checking account and I am sure have over paid, (Original 2 loans - 1 was 300.00 and the other 250.00) I have paid 395.00 and 405.00, they are threatening me saying I did not pay in full

Well, I think I am on the right path. I have started with credit (FICO) scores of Equifax: 460, Experian: 572 Trans Union: 576 on about May 2nd 2009. These are my 5 bad accounts: CC = $264 Scheduled to be paid on 6/12/09 CC = $564 Other = $961 CC = $700 - minimum payment $12/Mo but have been making more than minimum since April.

I faxed the cease letter to them Tuesday morning, and this is what I just got in my email. What should I do? I am not calling them. I am not paying $312. My principal has been paid. My loan was for $260 and I paid $268 back in fees. I live in MS, if I am understanding the law correctly, the rollerever fees they charged are illegal and should apply to principal. I clearly stated in my letter that it was paid, and even listed the completed payments that they posted on their own site, with dates and amounts to verify.

I am looking for suggestions and a sample goodwill letter (I'm not quite sure how to word it). I have about 3 PAID in full items on my credit report. And I would like to send the creditors a letter to remove their entry on my credit report. I'm sure it won't get removed the first time, but I am going to try. So, if anyone has any input on this and/or a sample (same situation) goodwill letter. I would really appreciate it! Thanks, Kelly

Is it when the creditor accepts a settlement offer and faxes confirmation? Is it when creditor gets paid the settlement amount? Or is it when the payment clears? Or is it when I receive some sort of written confirmation from the creditor? I am working up my asset listing for my insolvency and need an exact date of when it occurs.

I have not paid in 2 months (BOA holds my loan/Fannie Mae). They called me today and offered the "Home saver assistance program" to me. Quick story; We did all the finances and I came up $300 short and then she said she can't do anything for me so we moved around some numbers and broke even and then only was she able to offer me the "home saver assistance program", is this bad for me? Just pushing me off? I want my interest rate lowered. I have no money (no down payment) in this condo. I paid $121,500 and it's worth about $95K if im lucky.

I have a Citi account and a Chase account and I have been holding out for the 90 to 120 day mark to try and deal a settlement on my own. I have talked to them on occasion, (I never answer the phone but I will call them back once a month). I haven't called them for a while because even after I call and have a friendly conversation explaining my situation and that I might be able to pay them next month, they will say OK but will continue with the calls the very next day.
