Can CA's prosecute onbad check charges for pdsl

Is starting a business and maoving equipment to that new LLC or INC protect that equipment from being repossed, since the LLC is its own entity?

So I sent away and got a print our from chex systems. On the report it shows I have a loan unpaid with CAshNet USA. I have never taken an actual loan out with this company. I applied for 1 and I was approved but I canceled the loan since they had old bank info and when I tried to give them new bank info they told me that they don't accept the bank I use. I logged on to Cashnet's website and looked up my history and it shows no loan history. Any advice before I get on the phone with these guys? Could they be another company that I borrowed from years ago.

Quick question! We are trying to set up payment arrangements with a legal PDL company and they are asking for our debit card info (we had to close our old checking account and open a new one) to set up payment arrangements. They said that they will not take out more than we agreed to ($50 on Monday, $120 on the 15th and $120 on the 30th). Do you think this is safe? He said that if they took out more than we agree to, he could be fired because the call is being recorded. Should we get something in writing via e-mail? I'm so scared to give these people our debit card info!

Can anyone give me a legitimate email address for these people? ive sent 2 emails and they were both bounced back. One to rep135@highcountryloans. One to customerservice @ loanmgtservices.com I have no valid mailing address for them either. I'm trying to get my bank account closed but now it is in the negatives and only getting worse because of these crooks (they change the name every time the bank blocks a new one) I'm waiting for my bank to get back to me and hopefully we can get this worked out in the mean time... The debt settlement industry is going to have major changes (reform) in the coming months. Essentially, you can say goodbye to about 90% or more of the existing debt settlement companies. DS company employees should start looking for new jobs asap... it's only a matter of time.
