Does anyone do PDL consolidation loans?

can anyone tell me what the actual sol in ohio is for: 1. medical debt 2. charge cards 3. auto lease 4. and anything else i should know thank you for your interests..

Well I finally got a response from my letters! E-payday-loan had kept calling me, so I e-mailed my letter again and copied a guy named Kashif since he had e-mailed me about hardship payments. He e-mails me back and says "Well if it's illegal you need to pay back the money from our company. We accept credit/debit cards and WESTERN UNION!" Should I get a pre-paid card, or stand my ground with the MO?

I am about to mail off a cease and desist and a SOL letter but the only address I can find online is to a PO Box. How do you send mail knowing that it has been recieved then? Does anyone have a real address or can give me advice on where/how to send? Thank you!!

Ok, I am sure most everyone here knows Mann Bracken & what sleaze they are but I was just curious what I needed to do here. I don't have the money for a lawyer so I am hoping for the best and trying to do it myself. To start, Mann Bracken has been contacting (well, trying... I ignore their calls, just hang up or don't answer) for over 6 months now. The beginning of last month (April), I was served via the Sheriff's Office with a suit through Superior Court.

So I am not even sure where to start with this but here goes.... My husband and I both grew up in families where credit was never discussed. When we got married, we made some stupid mistakes trying to 'establish' our credit and it resulted in a few credit cards and accounts we ended up having to pay down. Two years ago, he lost work and we had to use most of the accounts just to survive and their balances skyrocketed. Again, we tried to pay them down.

I'm in Ohio.... so let say I settled all my CCs, my credit reports show either settled or settled in full, of course since these accounts were settled balance will never be $0 as they were NOT "paid in full" or "paid as agreed". At this point I'm still paying of my car loan, never late will be paid off in 2010 and mortgage never late will be paying it for 20+ years, my payments (car + mortgage) are representing about 30-35% of my income so here is my question with history of settlement on file what I can expect my credit score to be in let say 1-2 years from day I settled last account?

I need to get a reloadable visa today I can easily put money on. Have to call cnet today with number and be able to get $ on it on Friday. any suggestions? Green dot have to wait a week to get card in mail?

Has anyone ever heard of or used Electric Orange Checking? It is an online checking account. What do you all know about it and what do you think?
