I plan on talking to the store and should be able to work that one out. but I need help with: 1800899cash - borrowed $300, so far paid back $570 Integrity Advance - borrowed $300, paid $270 so far Ameriloan - borrowed $300, paid $270 so far Nationwide - borrowed $600, paid $1755 so far I am in Florida. Please help!

Has anyone ever settled with them? And if so what is the going percentage for them? I don't owe a lot but it is more that I can pay. It is in the recovery dept right now and i want to catch it now before it gets moved out the door. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

I have 2 cards,one with 12000 balance,one with 11000.I have a good job which i have been on for 24 years.I have MAYBE 10000 equity in house.Both 1st and second mortgage with bofa as well as checking account.I was wondering the likelyhood of getting sued if i tried to settle.Also have chase and juniper with balances of around 8500 each and several other cards with from 3800 down to 2300.I am going to try the 4 biggest first but i really don't know what to do.I need to do something but can't quite pull the trigger.Thank you

i currently have 2567.00 in pdls (store fronts and internet,all legal),9000.00 private student loan that im being sued for,and im currently 2100.00 negative on my bank account,i have called bank and ask for a deposit only account,two different people have told me they cant,there is another 240.00 due out this coming week,i have considered chp 13 but student loan doesnt qualify.lady at bank told me account would be closed after 30 days in the negative and be considered a charge off.need to know what direction i should go here,any advice would be helpfull,thanks

hello all:) I need help. ten years ago I had an amex card while in college, they somehow approved it under my student id number as i did not have a ss# back then. i used up 1500$ and never gave it back. I recently rebuilt my credit to some extent and CANT pay this old debt to them. can they come after me? they have been checking my Experian file like crazy,weekly,monthly...how should I act. they called twice on my phone listed with credit bureaus. This however is an online number so they cant really reach me... thanks for the advice!

How can i get a copy of the list of banks that don't use chexsystems

I am consolidating a Stafford loan and Perkins loan that is in default. They said I would be put on the ICR plan. I am not currently working for pay and haven't for a few years. I have been caring for my disabled sister. They want me to sign a paper requesting my tax information from the last few years, but I haven't had to file so there is no information. Will I have a really small payment each month?

Hi, I need help with payday loans in pennsylvania. I have three and my bank account had to be closed because I could not pay them. I have contacted them and told them I can only pay $50 a month. They continue to call my home and work and as my husband is severely disabled they call and upset him. I have always talked to them and asked that they call after 3pm when I get home. So I would like to write them as talking on the phone is not working. Also I cannot find an address to one. How do I ask them to not contact me at work or my references or my family?
