Chex systems says my Driver License is also invalid. I have them here in front of me and i renewed them on 4/14/09.

I am filing bankruptcy in a couple weeks (Chapter 13) and I have several Payday Loans I am defaulting on in my bank account. Also my bank account is severely overdrawn. All will be included in my bankruptcy petition. I am wondering what to tell the PDL's in the meantime. I made a payment arrangement with one PDL to buy time to get my bankruptcy in. At what point should I tell the bottom feeders that I am filing bankruptcy. Will that get them off my case now, or should I just wait for the stay to go through to them and they will know then that their efforts are a lost cause.

Thank you Nascar. Is it important to motion to compel? Proponderance of evidence is all the judge is looking at to make his desision on wheather or not I owe the debt. Obviosly the plaintiff can not produce it so why compel? Should I motion to compel or not? I just need to try and get this case overwith because we are moving outta state. I will come back if need be, if it is in the best interest of the case though. (In the interest of justice)

I have closed out my bank account and so I am going to send emails to the following companies: OneClickCash Cold Cash Cash Central Cashnetusa Onestepcash Goodtimes Cash Mycashnow ABC Payday - Payday loan yes I sent one to Kingston Financial and haven't heard a word from them. I live in Utah and realize that Cash Central and Cashnetusa are licensed. I am also filing bankruptcy. Should I include this information in the email to all the payday loan companies even the illegal ones?

I had an original debt with National City, they had an attorney file suit as I was not making any payment. It went to court & judgement was entered and now my check is being garnished. I called National City yesterday & they told me they no longer have anything to do with the acct. & give me a contact number at NES (Not Nintendo Entertainment Systems) :P - Anyways, what I am trying to do now is settle with NES for 1/2 of what the court ordered.

Can anyone recommend a debt settlement co. that operates in New York? I just tried Absolute Debt Solutions (recommended elsewhere on this forum) but they don't do business in NYS. How do you find a reputable one? Thank you.
