Hi. First of all i would like to thank everyone who will find a minute to help me out. The question is: what can happen if i don't pay my store card( i have TV and some other stuff). I wonder if they can reposes it? And what are my choices?

I am no elligible for the free credit report until the end of this year. Where is the best place to get the three-in-one credit report, with score? Looking for something that is easy to read and I have daily online access. Thanks!

Unbelievable, I can't believe they have all our information, my husband received the call and he is freaken out. I am glad I looked into it and I just left a message with Homeland Security.

I have been made aware recently of several joint accounts between me and my spouse. The problem is that I did not initially know that these accounts were being opened in my name, placing my credit in a difficult position, considering that now I am in debt and am suffering for not knowing that these accounts have existed until now. What would the appropriate steps be to take in order to remedy this problem?

I need to get my credit cleared up, and fast! I am trying to offer Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC a settlement offer. I have a limited amount of funds aside and am trying to elimate some of my smaller debts. Here's a copy of the letter I am sending. I'm a single mom working to just barely make ends meet, then comes senior year. I've had sooo many extra expenses that I took out a couple of pdls, that was a mistake. Now I have a total of 8. I had to keep extending or take out another one to help with the fees and pay other bills, etc. I live in Texas and I'm soooooo lost and confused. I've decided this has to stop but I don't know where to start. I have no money for anything after they have all been paid. I have unforunately gone into default on them and don't know what to do or where to start.

I enrolled with experian where I can check my credit report anytime. I looked at it today and they have put my address that I had 20 years ago as my current address, well its listed first now. I have copies that I had printed off back in march and it shows my correct address listed first on those and the old address listed 6th. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I have some account in collections, but I never used the old address on those, I haven't used that address in 20 years. I'm wondering if one the CA are trying to pull a fast one over on me, and not notify me properly.

Hi Everyone, I am taking care of my credit on my own with help from this site...so far 4 down with great success. I have a question though. I sent one letter out certified mail of course, I know they got it..bit no one has contact me back. I am working on my 2nd letter...if that is ignored what then? Does anyone know what can be donelegally if they dont respond? I have not found anything on the forum or else where....
