Can I charge back any gambling charges I made on my CC card? I tried to do that and they gave me a temporary credit. I made the mistake of faxing my info and copy of card to the site where I was playing, and the CC company wrote me back and said, according to documented records to a " Service Establishment" you released your account number to them and you give them permission to charge your card for each transaction" Now I do admit that I made these charges and have now stopped gambling with the help of GA.

It has been awhile since I seen these Members. Anyone know if they still are active in the community? I have missed their knowledge and wisdom in their postings. Also kfstaff has been M.I.A. for a couple of days now :cry: I wonder if they ever worked out that computer bug they were having issues with :?:

To cut a long story short, I am in the hole for around $22,000. All the CCs and one loan is in my name only. Last year my wife and I made around $84,000. She makes slightly more than me. Because of the nature of the debt, I spent recklessly and foolishly on things I should not have, and it is all my debt, in my name only, not hers. She keeps her money seperate and pays the bills etc.

My wife and I have a vehicle each. The problem is my truck is in my name and is paid off. The car she drives is being financed in my name so essentially I have two vehicles and she has none. We live in NC and as I understand the court allows you to have 1 car per adult in the family. What I'm not sure about is if they will see it differently since my name is on both vehicles. Please advise with any information you may have. thanks in advance!

If it doesn't work when I try it, can I still try one of the credit repair agencys? Or can they not dispute claims that I already tried to dispute before? I'm fuzzy on this subject even after reading a bunch of posts on this site.
