I want to rehab with my lender instead of the collection agency, is that possible?

Just wanted to post some information regarding Pay Day Loan Yes. I am in NJ where the Pay Day loans are prohibited. These people are ruthless & nasty and I just wanted to let anyone out there who is having trouble with them not to be intimidated & to be as persistant as they are. They continued to call me constantely even after I sent them the Cease & Desist and Wage Revocation.

When figuring up your allowances for a chapter 13, such as food, clothes, and housing. Can you go by the figures that you see on the means test ? I used legalconsumer.com and the means test there plugs in certain numbers based on where you live and how many in your household. Thanks !

I posted a message about 2 weeks ago about CMG Recovery calling me at work and harrassing me about a payday loan. A man named "Charles" called me at work again today because I had cancelled my check card and he couldn't get payment from me. I told him not to call me at work and that I have researched debt law and that he cannot press charges against me and that I want a debt validation letter. He started threatening to talk to my supervisor and make me lose my job.

i have 19000 in debt only 6000 of its open a student loan and a auto repo the rest are hosiptal bills that are in collections five can be paid off in full with 700 the other four 9000 and they are with the same ca i have 6500 whats the best way to go.
