I recently had an amount of $300.00 deposited into my account,and it was frome outbackbucks.comI did have a pdl through them several months ago but that loan was paid in full.I did not sign up for another loan?What do I do about this?I do not want to pay back an extra fee to take care of this.I live in the state of indiana.Can someone help me?

I'm trying to go solo on debt settlement. My accounts are 2 months past due. I've tried to keep in contact with the creditors but when I talk to them, they want me to call and talk to their credit counceling people or sign up for consolidation. By my not doing either of these things, they think that I'm not serious about dealing with the debt and they get pissed off. What do I do to keep in touch with them, keep them happy while biding my time to save $$$ and eventually settle the debt? Thanks

I made a horrible decision to take out a payday loan in November 2007. I was in a tight spot and needed help. Anyway, I was unable to keep up with the payments I borrowed $300 from these psychos. I tried calling and letting them know that I didn't have the money and when I would have the money and that didn't work. I became overwhelmed because my account went into the negative. I closed the account. Revoked the wage assignment and did everything I could to get back on my feet. I didn't hear from them again until last week when their collection "law firm" called me at work and left a message.

I am current with all my cards, but would like to consolidate so that I have one payment instead of many. Will this hurt my credit? I have a score in the 700.

I checked my bank account this morning and there was $9000 taken out. This of course took my account way negative. I called the bank and they said it was for a judgment that was issued in Florida 9 years ago from a car repo. I currently live in TX. From what I can tell from TX law they need to file a judgment here and they have not. Bank of America told me since they are a nationwide entity, TX law doen not apply. Please is there anything I can do? I have already cancelled my direct deposit but now I have no money for my family.

How do you get health insurances to pay past due medical under a covered period, and have to wait for them to decide if services were covered and or provided, so that supplemental insurances may and you may as the third party to pay deductable?

I have requested DV from Ameriloan on 4 occassions one being certified letter. They have failed to do so. I advised them of my complaints to the BBB, FTC, CA AG, & to the CA Dept of Corporations for violating a Desist and Refrain order issued in 2006. After all this they still call me every day. What if anything else can I do to get them to stop calling?

How much does it take to owe to an out of state collection company before they will bother taking you to court? Will they take you for 100 or 900 or must it be a larger amount to make it worth their efforts?

I was sued once and have a judgment against me. It has been almost a year, is it too late to have it vacated??? I also have another debt collector suing me for a debt that is not mine.
