Hello everybody. I'm new on this forum and I need some advise. I had some financial problems in the past and had to declare bankruptcy. It's been 2 years since that time and I tried to get a small loan from Wells Fargo and some other subprime lenders, but was refused. Are payday loans my only option right now? If that's the case, what is the cheapest payday loan company to get the money from? I do not need a lot. I think only $500. Thanks.

Has anyone used Express Debt Settlement or heard anything about them?

I was wondering can I get in trouble if I close my bank account if I owe these companies money. I plan to pay back the total principle if I HAVE to, but if I don't since they are illegal then yippie for us Marylanders...I owe: 1. Summit Group: $300 Pd $90 2. SGQ: $200 Pd $120 3. TJF: $200 Pd $120 4. DJR: $300 Pd $90 5. Outbackbucks.com: $300 Pd $90 6. Clearwater: $300 Pd $90 Help? Total payout for the $300 loans are $390, for $200 is $260.

Please help me get rid of these payday loans! I have already paid too much in fees and I am pretty sure that I have paid off the principle on most of the loans! I am in Illinois.

Does anyone know how I can go about filing a complaint against a debt attorney in Missouri? I live in Kentucky and was really raked over the coals by these people. I would like to file something with their Legal Bar if possible.

i am currently in debt 80000k in sallie mae loans. would i be able to get a federal loan and reconsolidate my sallie mae loans with a direct student loan. i am also a teacher. how can i get out of this debt that i'm in?

I just want a little advice.I LIVE IN PENNSYLVANIA AND have 5 paypay loans out and I am falling WAY behind on my regular bills.I contacted each to see what can be done.i had a problem with my tax refund not being in my account when it was supposed to be and every payment got sent back insufficent funds. 3 companies worked with me Cashnetusa borrowed $550-paid around 180 this time[many previous loans-they have to be paid in full after 4 extensions] and then i had insufficient funds=they offered 3 payments of 218 every two weeks to clear my debt-i accepted[2 more to go] Cashbanc borrowed $5

I HAVE A DEBT WITH HSN THEY REFFERRED MY ACCOUNT TO CPS COLLECTIONS. NOW I FINALLY CALL THEM TO TRY TO ARRANGE A PAYMENT PLAN, FIRST THEY ASK ME FOR ALL THE MONEY . I SAID I CAN'T PAY THEM I WANT TO SETY UP A PLAN. THEN THEN ASK CAN I PAY FOR TWO OF THE ITEMS, I SAID NO. I TOLD THEM I WON'T BEABLE TO START PAYING FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS SO MUCH AT A TIME, THEY SAID NO AND WOULD HAVE TO PUT MY ACCOUNT WITH THIER LRGAL DEPT.

Since I closed the account with BoA, and they have on my paper " 0 loan ballance" Yet I get a bill from them every month, saying I own 6-K, I called up and ask who are you and they say BoA, yet they won't tell me who "They" really are. Question is how do I find out ? Are they a credit card company from BoA ? Thanks Robin
