I live in Texas an have 5 IPDL's with, Cashnet-/ MTE Financial/ GECC / GoodTime Cash/ Ameriloan/ I have paid on all of these more than I have borrowed, are any of these illegal to lend in Texas?

My husband is getting calls from N. Carolina that goes by BCN claims, we live in Calif. the message is that he is being sued in a civil matter, we have no idea what this is about.. I called our local court and they have nothing on file for him. Has anyone heard of this group or has something similiar any advise woud be appreciated.. Thanks

I have opened my new checking account! So, now I need to order new checks. The bank charges WAY too much for them. If I order them through one of the mail order services, will the PDL's be able to obtain my new checking account number and withdraw funds from my new account? I want to be VERY protective of my money now.

I called our local courthouse, there is nothing on file on him. Now they are saying the local sheriffs dept wil be going to his job or coming our home... Please can any give me some advise? Thanks

Does anyone have any information on whether or not bad credit will affect qualifying for these loan modifications? I know the refinance option you need to have good credit to qualify. The other option is for those who are behind, or over 38% of their income goes toward their mortgage. I would assume if your behind on your payments your credit is already shot, but I can not find the answer to this question no matter who I call, or in anything I have read. If anyone has any info I would like to hear it.

I got a call from them today. I was told if I don't pay the $400 back they will assign my wages to force me to pay $1400. I have been going back and forth with them because I refuse to pay the $ 400 but will by what I borrowed which was $300. They are collecting for HuskHawk. What should I do?

Does anyone know about this place? I recieved a collection letter from Valentine and Kebartas, Inc for them. I do not think I have had a loan from them. I googled them and they are a payday loan place out of canda. Could this be CTC? That is the only place that I think it could be.

I am going to copy and paste my original complaint on rip-off report so you can see what I have already type: (Background) Back in 2001 I opened a credit card under Fusion Card (Fleet Card Services). I added my girlfriend as an authorized user on the account and gave her the card as an emergency use card. To the best of both of our knowledge she never used the card or made a single purchase using the card. In 2004 my income was terrible as the business I was involved with started to perform poorly.
