I'm seeing examples of letters for other states where the Online lending is illegal, but I am in search of a draft letter where the lender is not licensed in Arizona and the fact that by law, only 1 loan at a time, and that there is a limit on the interest rate. Not sure what to put in the email/letter about revoking my ACH debits and wanting them to close my account with them as paid in full and getting any refund if due. I have the following loans that seem to me from what I've already read on this forum, that they are not legal, what should I do from this point.

Some one mentioned an IRS website link that helps you fill out a financial disclosure form. Does anyone have the link? It helps get the average expense amounts in your area ato help you fill the form

Many people have been expierencing calls from this very rude, abrasive, pushy, shady company. I have been dealing with them for my mother over the past few days over her debt to Checksmart, and here is what I have found out and advice. #1 The company was just bought by Mr and Mrs Henrion and used to be under the name Legal Mediation Practice. The Henrion's were not envolved in the origianl company. They even changed the name because it was misleading. I spoke with Mrs. Henrion today at her home when I was getting no where with the rude supervisors...

To make this short I got married at 16 to a 19 yr old military man....and the CC offers came rolling in. By 20 I was over 20,000 in debt and filed bankruptcy. I am now 29 and still fighting to bring my credit back.

I did speak to the CFSA home office and they told me that CSOs are NOT required to offer an EPP, so I have a question for all of the Texas residents on here. Has anyone been able to work out arrangements with ChecknGo or Advance America WITHOUT defaulting first? Jen

Well I have been having a hard time trying to deal with Nelson Watson on a FIA Card Services (Bank of America) account. Has a balance of $12, 832. Well I can't pay that off obviously. I don't really have enough to offer then a lump sum either as I have been busy paying off other accounts. I tried to offer them $4,000 lump sum but they came back with $9,000 something. So I thought I would send them a letter offering 50% settlement by paying $1,070 over 6 months.

I am an unwilling co-applicant on an ex-girlfriend's credit card. Can anyone recommend an attorney to help me get out of this situation?

I owned a debt from Washington Mutual about 3 years ago. The debt amount is about $5,000. Now the debt is collected from a collection agency called Protocol Recovery Service, Inc. The settlement offer is about $2,000. The agency called and mailed me several times, I didn't answer back. I'm thinking about paying the settlement, but I don't know it is the right thing to do. I would like to ask you the following questions before making any decisions: Is paying the settlement will help my credit history and improve my credit score? What will happen after I paying the settlement?

I have a delinquent loan with mypaydayloan(500). I have signed up with PDL Assistance to consolidat all of my internet loans. The money for the consolidation will not be debited until 2/15/09. In teh meantime I am being threatened with legal action from mypayday loan. I have advised them of teh consolidation but they continue to harass. Can they really sue me?

has anyone had dealings with Collectcorp Corporation. They seem to have offices in NY, AZ, AL and Canada
