I had a web hosting company last year that did some work on a website for me. The work was never aurhorized and I was never informed of any charges. I had my own programmer who was supposed to upload some file. But in an email to my programmer they denied access and said they would upload the files themselves. I argued over the billing because I did not authorize them to do the work at any cost. The work was never completed eihter and after 7 months I had to move my website somewhere else where my programmer could gain access. I did not hear back from them since last May.

Does anyone know if achloan will just go away or will the loan accumulate interest forever????

Now I am on my wife's accounts. She owes WAMU 19000 8000 being a business card. The other 11000 being hers with me as a Authorized user. The cards were sent to IC for collections. 1. Has anyone had success with them and at what % 2. What legal and credit reporting does Authorized user fall under. 3. I am worn out. I am 22 and i cant get any credit. well i went to my bank and found out that the CA have me and my dad confused as the same person! What do i do!!! I have one credit card and have not missed a payment!!!

I am trying to put adsense on my blog. I am stuck..I followed the directions here, I added the pub number. I don't see anything on my blog still...I must not be doing something right...am I supposed to put code in the blog? Where do I do this?

1. when people say their accts have been frozen can't this only be done with a judgment and how do they get yr acct# 2. when a CA cleary has yr correct address and phone # can they still call yr inlaws and question them, like what is the relationship to you? 3. is it always a good idea to send a DV? and last question: is a a good idea to check and see if there is a judgement against that you were never notified on? has anyone ever defaulted on a loan thru 1st bank of delaware? What do they do after you don't pay them? Do they get nasty or are they easy to work with. Thanks for any response.

I've already made them severla payment of over $200. Stupid me i should have researched them first! But now I am having difficulties paying them and cancelled my checks. Now they are saying they are going to turn me over to a lawyer. Is it too late to due as advised here and send them letters of validation?

Has anyone worked with debt settlement Solutions? They tell me that they can settle my debts (over 34,000) for at least 55% with me makking payments of about 500 a month for 42 months which is less than the 600 + I am paying and not getting paid down. I am really scared, but met with a BK attorney and I am eligible for chapter 13, but it seems to be even scarier and even higher payment amount.

Here is our current situation... storefront loans Advance America 1204.23 with fees( about 2 years at this amount but about 4 1/2 years with lower amounts) Check n go 770.45 with fees (this amount or higher for 4 years) Cash express 602.52 with fees( renewed once) Online Ace 423.09 with fees (renewed once so far this time, but we've had another loan with them so in total we've been using them around 4 months) We pay $298 in fees one week and then $240 the next week. Around $1100 a month and we have to stop.
