Im looking for the number for BIG.. any one help me out?

I had a loan with GRC (Same as LoanPointUSA) and I live in Wisconsin. On a 400 loan, I paid a total of 1560 back. Would I be entitled to any refund?

Hi guys, I've been lurking for a while, trying to learn how to help myself get out of debt. A little background - in college I opened up a few credit cards because I had a job and didn't look to the future to see how I would pay them when I didn't have a job and got no other support. So I ended up defaulting on them, and it is embarrassing but it is what it is. I'm trying to get out of debt now, I'm finishing up law school and want to be clear by the time I get out.

Anyone use this settlement company? Please share your thoughts negative or positive. Thanks

i have been able to settle 2 debts myself and have saved a lot of money. Chase---5200 for 2500 and Bank of America----13,400 for 5,250 you do not need to pay fees for an agency. you can do this yourself

i have 3 payday loans. i applied and got approved in may 2008. its going to be a year since i made a payment. i called one of them topday and she said it was sold to a collection agency in sept 2008. what should i do? i live in MA. do they have a right to garnish my wages?

I filed some complaints with the Nebraska AG, banking and finance, how long should I wait to hear from them or do I need to contact them? Also I have gotten one paid in full through the BBB should I let them know that so they can put that file aside? Thanks

I am having a problem paying off my payday loan. In August 2008 I took out a loan of $200 from Total Lending. I have now paid them $660 in interest. I have tried to call but they do not respond. I have a fax number which I am assuming I could use to send a letter. I know my bank will put a stop payment on this withdrawal however I have not done that yet. If I send a letter through the fax informing them I am not paying anymore..do you think they will respond? Thanks I live in Indiana

I got my first PIF AND REFUND. Because of confidentiality agreement I can disclose the name of the company. This is a wonderful feeling :lol: One down, 7 to do. I wouldn't have had the strength to address my PDL issues without the help of everyone here. Thank you.
