I pretty sure this is not the first time this company has been posted. Unfortunately my HSBC account has been forwarded to them so I have numerous questions about their participation in my debt situation. Does anyone know if I have to send them my payments or can I still send payments to HSBC even though the account has been so called sold to them? Any advice on how to handle them woudl help. I have been taken over by the 4 loan companies below to the point that I'm losing my bank account in 2 weeks and left owing the bank 1500.00 in overdraft fees. They wouldn't put an ACH hold or close the account until the fees were paid and I'm in the process of filing a Chapter 13 and cannot pay them YET. Yes, this is FIFTH THIRD, who have always been fee hungry. Can someone tell me what the addresses or fax numbers are for the following: Flash Loans and Integrity Advance? I'd also like to know if the following PDL companies are legal in Indiana.

I have been contacted regarding a defaulted GC services student loan. For the past three years my tax were taken. I find the people at GC services to be very rude, unprofessional, uninformed, etc. The Dept of Ed said I have to deal with them in order to rehabilitate my loan. What are the steps I need to take and do I have to deal with GC services? I read so many bad things about them online? I borrowed $6,000 thirty-five years ago and it is now $21,000. Should I ask for a validation letter?

I didn't realize how difficult it would be not to be with my family during the Holiday Season. I'm happy where I am, but not so happy that I am far away from the people who matter the most to me. I'm trying to keep a smiling face and just be happy, but it's easier said then done! Loan Shop Online keeps sending me emails regarding collecting their debt. I asked them several times if I could get a copy of my signed loan document. They keep hesitating. Finally, I got an email back from them telling me that I need to fill out the request that was attached to his email and have it notarized! If they are my documents, why should I have to get them notarized? I truly beleive that they are putting it off because they are illegal. Can anyone tell me what they think?

I have 6 online PDL's. I have contacted them all (excpet for one which is listed only as CAN DES on my bank statement and I don't even know who they are), closed my checking account, and now I am just waiting for the ball to drop. Out of all 6, I only owe 2 of them (legally). I owe $120 to one of them and $30 to the other. I haven't heard anything from any of them. How long does it usually take for them to respond?

Hey guys, I need some advice. My dad keeps getting call from Resurgent Capital Services, LP about some past debt that he paid for. We called them to tell them that we paid for the debt we owe to old navy in 2007, but they insisted he didn't. We checked the bank statement and there was an authorize transfer to old navy. They said that is not a valid proof/evidence and that we needed the original receipt from 2007, but my dad threw that receipt away long time ago. So my dad told them we are not going to settle and told them not to call back. But they do.

I tried to mail Cash Transfer Centers a letter and get a return reciept, but my post office said they couldn't do it because they are out of the United States.
