We are considering dmp and my husband is required to purchase a new vehicle every 4 years with his company in order to be reimbursed for mileage and truck payment. Will this program effect our credit score to where we will not be able to purchase the new vehicle?

We were sent a complaint/summons by Portfolio Recovery for a Capital One card, I don't remember having and I'm on total disability in Michigan. We filed an answer and now have been sent a pre-trial statement-civil. I only get $850.00 a month and don't know what to do now. Any help will be appreciated.

Personal Credit Services charges a $150 fee to list several lenders with online sites. But these lenders are in your own area and can be visited by phone or in person. So why pay Personal Credit Services for the names of local lenders? It's a ripoff.

Hi, while reviewing my girlfriends credit report I can see the following at the top from Equifax: Potentially Negative Information Late payments, collections and public records can have a negative impact on your credit standing. The more severe and recent they are, the more negative the potential impact might be. Public Records 0 Negative Accounts 19 Collections 0 When I go to the bottom and view the Negative Accounts there are 2 sections, Open Accounts and Closed Accounts. The Open Accounts lists 1 account that is currently being paid off.

Can any one tell me what are the laws in PA as far as bank levy's? I have 2 joint accounts ith my wife and am being sued by Discover. If a judgment is granted can they go after my joint accounts? Also when a judgment is granted are they likely to set up a payment schedule right there in court. Thanks for the help.

Ok Im back I was sinking with 13PDLS in Md but since I started following your directions 3 of them have sent me emails saying loan has been forgiven :D But some emails went unanswered just new loan documents trying to draft my account for the full amount or a few have called and wanted me to send payments via moneygram but with nothing in writing so I just hang up.last night I sat down and emailed a few who keep calling me the letter again. Should I wait til they respond or should I go ahead and send moneygrams. I just dont want to send money with nothing in writing to proof what its for.

i have multiply loans through a place called King of Kash. they are not a payday loan lender but are called a signature loans and more. they did not run my credit and are unsecured. i am trying to get help with them cause i have been paying them $600 a month for almost a year. orginally borrowed $2000 and have paid over $3000 and they still want like $4000 and i had to close my checking account. now they are calling me and threating me and i did advice and direction if anyone can help...
