Has anyone worked with this company are the legit and is it better than having payments go to company lawyers or will they still go to the lawyers. I want out of debt bad, and am willing to pay, as long as I can get out of my payday loan mess.

What happens when the credit card debt goes to lawyers, I want to make payments, but am in no shape thanks to payday loans and the money withdrawn on my checking account, which is now closed. I feel like I am robbing Peter to pay Paul. I want to pay these debts off. I am looking for a part time job and that has not gotten very far as of late, it seems no one is hiring.
I am in Massachusetts and have a question. It says that an automobile up to $700 is exempt. But it also says People have the right to use Federal Bankruptcy Exemptions which states Vehicles up to $2,575.
Does this only pertain to Bankruptcy or would this pertain to debt collectors trying to take a consumers vehicle upon getting a judgment?
I am not in this situation, just trying to better educate myself.
I got a letter in the mail saying I should pay $100 a month until the account is paid off. Is there any way to go to court to have the judgment set aside to have them write out the payment terms in a more detailed way? Meaning the payment due date , the amount and so on. This judgment is 1 year old and the original debt is over 8 years old. If I do get another court date is it too late to use the SOL argument? I'm from Minnesota and I think SOL is 6 years but I'm not sure.
One of my student loans was placed with this collection agency less than 30 days ago. They have been calling my home during the day and leaving messages with my babysitter. TODAY, they called my Grandmother at 9am and told her I used her as a reference (not true.) My grandmother thought it was someone about a job, but was still upset and called me.
I called back and a nasty lady named Felicia is handling my accounts. I told her that she may contact me at this number and this number only.
We have a few payday loans and we are defaulting, which we never intended to do. We are in New Mexico and have store front loans at check n go (2) for 1500 each. One at the cash store for 1150. One at Speedy Loans for 500.00. These are the borrowed amounts. We needed the money for a new septic and now my boyfriend lost his job and we can't afford to pay these payments. We have not even made one payment yet!
I am so scared our account will be closed and it's a second chance checking as it is. One at check n go was due today which we didn't make. The Speedy loan one was also due today.
