You have given me such good advice before. I hate to bother you but I cannot get these guys from Morgan & Associates to quit calling! I have checked all my payday loans and they are all paid even though some were reported to Teletrak. Even then they were paid. Are you still of the opinion to ignore these guys and they will quit calling? This one particular guy that is calling me this time will call 10 times in a row to see if I will pick up the phone. I keep ignoring him but must admit I am a nervous wreck. Am I doing the right thing??? Thanks for all of your help.

Ok so my cousin has had a credit card with a company for over 15 years now pays her bills on time consistantly. So she happened to look at her card the other day and noticed it had expired. She called the company and they told her there was a hold on her account and they couldn't send her a new card. She was like what why? They couldn't give her a reason although they did tell her that she does pay her bills on time and very well.

I would not use paradise cash advance they will take money out of your bank account without your knowledge then your account will go in the red. they charge $29.99 to deposit and $29.99 everyweek without telling you they are doin it. There are alot of other companies that do not charge a fee.

I need a good company that can help me consolidate my payday loans

I am a mom of 4 kids, my husband and I are going through a divorce, he was working and I was sick in the hospital, so we got some payday loans to help with the bills for that month, but now they are all due and he's quit his job, and he's gone. I am back at work but can in no way pay these bills. One paycheck got completely ate up just due to the NSF fees and the overdraft fees.

ok im in a pretty bad situation right now and could use some guidance. I have a credit card with close to $8,000 worth of debt on it, and the interest rate is like 26%, which is terrible. I pay like $300 a month toward this and $150 of it is finance charges :( then pretty soon I have my student loan to pay off, which is $30-40k its very difficult to pay all of this off with the other bills I have, and I dont have a very good job and cannot find a better one in michigan.

Can you tell a payday loan that they are no longer to debit your account? I have 3 internet payday loans and I am in a financial mess trying to pay them off, but the only thing could pay was the interest because it was so high. I am not behind on the loans and I want them to stop trying to debit my account causing NSF fees. I live in Alabama

Ok. I haven't been able to close my bank account yet because it is overdrawn and I also have my child support going there and it takes 6 weeks to stop or change it.
