I have been receiving numerous calls and messages from a blocked number. They state that they are calling from a company called Legal Support Services and have been contracted to reschedule a summons to appear. They leave no name and say I have 24 hours to call them back in order to avoid a failure to appear or documentation will be issued and give me a 1800 number and claim number in reference to their call. I have not received any written documentation in the mail or have further more been issued a summons in person. Is this legit or even legal?? Not sure if i'm being scammed?

We received a summons this w/e from a law firm representing Capital One. We owe 4208.00 and they are offering a settlement of only 3325.00. I offered them 2500.00. They are being very stubborn...... I will have the cash available once taxes are filed, etc..... I need to get a lower settlement than what they offer and get them to file to dismiss the lawsuit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. The law firm is Bowman, Heintz, Boscia and Vician in Indiana.

I have a loan with paydayone and it originally was for the amount of $700. Since the loan started I have paid $1359.17 to them with them saying I still owe $490 on the principal. Has anyone worked with them? Are they legal in Ohio? Any help would be appreciated!! 

Wanted to get some information about this company name The NWR Group. Arbitratir by the name if Leonard no last name. Phone number 904-240-4669. Call me today and left me a message with a friend. My friend called me. The company did not call me. My friend thought I was in trouble. The company threathen me to pay or be served with court papers if I didn't pay. I got scared and almost gave the company my information because I never been in trouble before. So than my friend goole their phone number over the internet and a lot of people were saying that this is a scam!  so than I asked Mr.

I recently asked how to remove CashCall/Western Sky from my credit report.  I disputed it and sent them the reasons as to why they shouldn't be on there, but it came back verified.  Today, I faxed EQ and EX again, however, I included everything from NYS Banking Law, the emails I have sent CashCall, their loan agreement (western Sky) and the certificate that the State of South Dakota issued Western Sky, not the "tribal" land they claim.  Has anyone been sucessful at removing them?  If so, is there anything else I should be doing?

I live in new york state and I have 4 loans  us splash cash, $460 so far paid $644 and this was all in interest. hydra fund $250 paid $300 in interest. West River Cash $250 paid $300, and usa money shop 700 paid $201. Are these loans illegal? 

I keep getting calls from this place. The woman says her name is Max Adams. This has to be from a PDL, I had about 6 years ago. I looked up Epstein, Weinberg and Assoc. and they don't look to be on the level. Any body else heard of them?

If a person files for bankruptcy can they include the Military Star Card? Can they garnish your Veterans Disability pay?

I have noticed that once a post gets out of the moderators' section and in a thread, there is no longer anyway that it can be deleted. I have tried to delete spam posts on several occasions this weekend and get the error message that it can't be done. Again, this is not when a post is in the Moderators' section but when it has been validated.
