first let me say this this CACH LLC is a complete JOKE! my husband had 2 accounts bought buy these fools. these account were then forwarded to 2 different law firms. i've contacted both law firms, who by the way might i say were more then willing to talk to me and give me all of the ins and outs of the accounts. i thought that was completley shady, they never ask who i was and my name nor SS # are on the accounts. anyways, i learned that both accounts were payed and settled. the law firms nogociated and collected the debt which was then forwarded to CACH.

Guys, Can you help please. I sent a DV letter to MRS associates out of NJ. Well past 30 days and i get a bill from a Enterprise Recovery Systems out of Illinois. I received nothing from MRS. Only a bill from Enterprise Recovery nothing i asked for including previous payments, fees, interest rates, proof of collection etc etc. nothing. I do not believe this could possibly be legal.

Hello, My apologies if this question has been asked on these forums before. I am wondering if there's any way a bank can block ACH withdrawals from Payday loan services without having to close your account. I've had my checking account with Bank of America for many years. I have my billpay setup with them, I earn points with my debit card, etc. I would hate to have to close it. I am considering calling PDL Assistance. Has anyone dealt with them and do they recommend you close your account, or do they offer alternatives?

I guess, I've 'held my piece' as long as I could. So..here it is. I've been on this forum, for a while. I've come across different people who are picked to be MODS. I'm not saying I want to be one.....there's alot of responsiblity in that position, I'm sure. However......with different posts I have made, I've actually had people talk 'down' to me, making me feel like I'm the 'black sheep' or something. Everyone has there opionions and experiences ( good OR bad) on this forum. I tend to be 'outspoken' on some issues and I refuse to apologize for that.

I've been reading about debt solutions for mist unsecured debt, but student loans aren't covered by these solutuins or protections. Why not?

I would like to know if anyone has received a credit card offer from this agency. It also includes a pay down and then at the end you will be eligible for credit. I am not quite clear on this. I do still believe a DV letter should be submitted. Please help on this. Thanks.
