This is Brenda again from Hannahms - the loan companies are both internet - One click cash - borrowed $450 - have paid $180 so far. - United Cash - borrowed $350 - paid $140 so far. THese were my first payments since this happened in mid sept. I told them I want to moneygram them $50 each every two weeks adn they said no - please help

I had no problem talking to one of the unprofessional representatives when I called them back because my neighbor brought me a message to call them! They had called my neighbor to try and reach me! Very upseting to me. Actually three of their representatives hung up on me because I was trying to find out who they were before I gave any personal inforamtion. One actually told me her job was to "find" people. They told me it was fraud if a company sent me a credit card and I used it and then couldn't pay for it. I know what fraud is. I am paying what I can but it isn't enough.

I just faxed my first of seven C & D letters to one of my ipdl's. I faxed them from work, after I did it I thought to myself will they fax me back at work? I dont want that to happen. How stupid am I..............I am so stressed out.

Ive got four of them... ameriloan, PayDayOne (those two are on line), First Cash Advance, and I think the last one is PayDay Advance... Ill have to check that. I couldnt tell you how much each was for and how much Ive paid without looking back at each one. But I owe more than $200 on each one as things stand right now. I live in Texas... I have an appt tomorrow with a credit counseling service here but I suspect they may not be able to offer me any alternatives re these loans and Im searching for a resolution.

Does anyone have an address for PDR? They call me regarding my loan from Cash Direct Express/GECC. When I ask them for their address so that I can send them a cease and desist letter, they tell me they can't accept mail and won't give me their address. Cash Direct Express/GECC have taken more than $200 from me, beyond their loan and fee. I have sent them a letter directly, but I'm still getting calls from PDR. Thanks.

If I have multiple cards that are charged off or say 180 past due, if I make a deal with them and pay a partial portion of the debt I know they will mark it as paid but not not in full on my credit record. Will they remove these from my credit report at my requst since it is paid or will they leave it for seven years? If I pay a charge off in full will they mark it as paid and remove it? Same questions go for items in collections.

Hi....I was served with a summons to appear for an old credit card debt. I intended to appear but had to have emergency back surgery. During this time, I completely forgot about the court date and did not show up. I am sure that a default judgement was entered. What happens now? My roommate told me that the guy that served me the first time was back at the house we rent asking for me again last night so I assume he is trying to serve me with something else pertaining to this judgement?
