So my budget this month is EXTREMELY tight. I had to have emergency dental work which wasn’t 100% covered by my insurance. So I am out of pocket $1,000.00. Luckily I can go on a payment plan, but they only do 8 weeks plans. Which means $125. a week the next 8 weeks, oy-vey!!!!! I am already preparing to do garage sales this weekend and next to raise some extra cash. And I will more then likely have to make partial payments on my utility bills. It may be time to cut off my cable. And I am trying to get some extra hours on my second job. Here’s my question.

Hello All, I am in serious trouble and would like to consolidate my credit card debts or settle my debts. I am at a point now where I want this burden off of me and my family so we can move forward. However, I know there are companies out there who will attempt to scam you and I attempted to get a consolidated loan only to be told money was not going to be funded due to the Feds bail out issue, I believe I was hustled. I would like to know some for real companies that can help and not just about giving the run around.

i live in pa. i received a judgement from aq constable yesterday on a credit card account from capital one (unsecured). can they garnish my wages or bank accounts? or take any of my personal property

I have been trying to work with a collection agency on my loan. I told them I could make the payments if the offered me a rehab loan. They wanted at least 5% down in order to do it but I told them that I couldn't do that. The CA bascially said i'm SOL and they are going to garnish my wages. Is there anything I can do to get in the REHAB program. I can't afford them to garnish my wages

Please help me! my fiances account was debited today in the amount of 400 from a company called SHW recovery, we contacted them and they stated that since I had been a coapplicant on a loan he was trying to get online they linked my ss# to his bank even though it is his account not my and i am not authorized on this. What can he do
