I have 3 payday loans. I can't pay them off. One payday loan is illegal. What should I do with the illegal payday loan?

I've tried posting a new thread in the pdl forum 3 times now and it never shows up. Trying a short post here to see if this works. Frustrating because I have learned a lot over the past week from here and would like to share what I have accomplished so far.

I took advice I saw on this forum and closed my bank account (reopened same bank but they assured me that PDL's would not be able to touch it) Then I sent emails to Castle Payday, Bottom Dollar, My Payday Advance, Great Plains Lending, tried sending one to Netpdl but was not able to find a email. I explained that after research I found out they were illeagal in my state of Illinois and I revoked my ACH and any wage garnishment and not to call and harass me at work.

I have two lenders removing money from my bank account every two weeks. One lender (FedFinSvcs) lent me 600 and they take $360 a month.
Hamilib lent me $675 and they take $420 every month and essentially, I can't get a hold of either one to pay off my loan in full.
Is this legal what they do? I know it's my own fault for the desperation in my life at that time but I needed the money at the time.
