Other then a payday loan what other loans can I apply for to consolidate my debt? i dont want to reduce my debt i just want to combine them to one

I want to start out saying - I love this site! :D Now: I got a copy of my credit report today. It has on it a negative account for midland credit management out of CA for an Aspire Visa. It shows as having a date of last payment as 4/06 and last reported in 12/06. I don't even remember having this account. Is there any way to find out when it was opened, what charges/payments were made, etc?

I'm going to be filling soon for chapter 7, and thankfully, I am eligible for legal aid, but I am worried that I wont be eligible for chapter 7 and hopefully someone here can help. I live in a house with someone else, I make my own money, but not much which is how I qualified for legal aid, this person pays the rent, utilities etc, makes more money than me. Will their income or house expenses have any effect on me getting my debts discharged in chapter 7? Do they need to know how much they make? Thanks
