Not sure what I should do. I got a call today from the lawyers that have served me papers for a CC. She asked me today to send a hardship letter saying what I would like to settle the account for, where I will get the $, proff of income, and if not that Tax returns, Should I send anything or will I regret it latter on.

I have a quick question, if you tell the PDL that they are not allowed to call your work, do they listen??

Has anyone dealt with this company? will they settle or is this going to be a problem? I sent letters and they claim they didn't get them at the email address that they use on a regular basis, yeah right!! I hope this is not dragged out. Please let me know your experiences.

Ok, I have an account for GE Money Bank. They sold it to Arrow Collections. Arrow Sold it to Collect America. The letters and phone calls I am getting are coming from The Law Offices of Richard Clark. Doing research on them I came accross the name Law Offices of Samuel W Streeter. I called that number, and the person who answered the phone said "Law Offices of Richard Clark". Not to mention, on my credit report it says I am paying "Collect America". What in the world is going on here? Right off the bat they threatened to sue if I didnt set up payment arrangements.

I live in the state of Michigan and have the following PDL's: The Cash Spot (ACC), internet, $500 July 10, PTD $857.50 Geneva Roth, internet, $500 Sept 22, PTD $0.00 CashDirectExpress (GECC), internet, $600 Sept 22, PTD $0.00 I also have loans with: ameriloan (internet), Zip19 (internet), OneClickCash (internet), Check N Cash (storefront), and Allied (storefront). However, I entered into payment arrangements and October 10th will be my final payment to each of them.

i live i in il and have numerous pds online - needless to say they are hounding me and taking money out of my account. how do i go about getting these people out of my hair. with the exception of 2 of them i have principal amt i borrowed plus more. what can i do
