I got a collection notice from GC Services Limited Partnership from Houston, TX. It says something about "Paypal"? I have a Paypal account, but it is active, nothing outstanding, I hardly use it at all? Does anyone know anything about this company? I am sending a debt validation to them today, but thought I'd check and see what you guys know about the company? Thank you

Has anybody ever dealt with this company? Are they legit? I would rather go with debt consolidation than debt relief. I am under the understanding that debt consolidation does not hurt your credit rating as much as debt relieft companies? Please reply. Thank you, unlucky

Is One Click Cash legal in Delaware? I had a loan of $300.00 have paid $360.00 in fees without touching the principal. I am hoping to get them to settle with me. Any suggestions???

Has anyone done this where they wait for you to go into collections (which wreck you credit) they settle at 50% of what you owe then also pay for credit repair after?

How do you know how much each point is worth? If I have 1400 points, how much is that?

I took out an installment loan with Check N Go online (though First Bank of Delaware) last year. I ended up defaulting and working with Langhorne to get a settlement. I originally borrowed $1350, paid one monthly payment, and then it went to collections. I now pay Apelles $344 per month for 6 months. So far, I've paid Apelles $738 and I will pay them another $344 on 10/10 to bring my total up to $1082.

For what it's worth, here's another phone number for our 'good friends' at United Cash Loans; 800-380-4574. I thought they'd finally decided to leave me alone (HA!), but lately I'm getting the occasional call at work from this #. No one says anything, but I don't know if it's one of those automatic dialing systems or not, as I pick up on the first ring. The # appears on my phone and when I call it, I get a "this is United Cash Loans" recording.

I'm seriously having a problem with this company. I do believe they are a scam. There is no way of contacting them. I want to pay the loan in full on October 15, but there is now way of notifying them.. PLEASE HELP

Does anyone know the mailing address for Loan Shop Online. I mailed them my notice C&D and it has come back saying they have moved and left no forwarding address. The address I sent it to was listed on a letter I received from them with their mailing address which was listed as: 2207 Concord Pike #653 Wilimington, DE 19803
