Hi I became disabled a few years ago and my credit cards, med, etc daily expenses flew way over 34000..I only work one or 2 days a week due to my disability..My hub is on a few cards..he is refusing to pay our mtg anymore, and give me my daily expenses..In one place on my deed my name is there and another not..the front cover page has my name, the actual written in part of the deed does not..I am trying to get my name on here so he cannot sell our house under me..We also have a 7 year old son..Can I get rid of my debt somehow or calm bankrupcy..I am on a very small income monthly from Social s

At this point I can't pay anything but the payday loans. I am almost behind on my mortgage. I cannot close the checking account because my husband will FREAK OUT. I have a secret checking account. I can change all the loans to take of of that account and close it. I live in PA.

Here is my story, I have stop going to school (Devry) and my student loan is going crazy. I have paid more then 10k in loans and today I received a letter in the mail states that owe more money! I went on to Experian to get a credit report and Sallie Mae and Devry has messed me up saying that I owe a little more money. My credit is in the 56o. They have hit me up with the KD on my Sallie Mae loans and my Devry loans and my devry loans are at collection agencies. Please Help me, and tell me what I should do.

I really need some advice on how to get out from under a large number of PDL. I can barely make the charges and in about a month will not be able to! Please offer some advice!
