i have set up auto payments with delbert services and am wondering if there is a website that i can go to to access my account i lost emails that were sent to me telling me whrn my payments are do
i had a loan with them but hit a really rough patch with my brother. he was stuck on drugs and i paid for all of the rehab. not cashnet is sent to collections and theyu wont work with me. they only accept 25% which is about 400 and i cant pay that. if i dont they send out a warrant for my arrest. i dont know what to do and need help so bad please.
can nca come after you legal stuff in pa? they have called my work and home.They even told my HR person they wanted to meet with them.....I had enlisted payless financial group to settle 3 payday loans. They said not to worry but i am. nca threatened to serve me at work. I dont know who to believe......
My wife has received a letter from Jaffe & Asher (attorneys) regarding a late Amex credit card. I believe its about 90 days late.
Should be dealing with them regardign a settlement or should we be addressign this with Amex?
I assume the amount has not been charged off. Also, any tips with dealing with these guys?

hey cash call is now trying to get me to email them after i havent answered the thousand phone calls i have ignored. do i reply that there will be no more payments or just leave it alone . i have repaid my principal of 1000.00 plus 1400.00 in fees and interest. would appreciate some advice. they are really a pain in ??? but im gonna stand strong
