I currently have 4 pdl, one internet and 3 store front totalling 2700.00 I am so tired of my family going without and barely paying my bills. I must end this now, but I can not afford to pay anyone to help me with my mess that I have made financially. From the postings that I have read, I need to close out my acct. and write letters explaining my situation and how much I will be able to afford monthly or bi-weekly. Someone please help.

We have over 140,000 in lines and credit card debt. If we can scrap by and pay our mortgage but not the CC debt, should we do that, or get a mortgage forbearance on the mortgage to help us get things under control. the mortgages are about 21 days late right now. Will the forbearance show up/ hurt our credit report and score? Thanks

What is the best way to go about debt consolidation when I am not late on any payments and not delinquent on anything, but my debt is very hard and a good portion of it unsecured.

will my credit/fico score be very low if I do debt settlement?

Does anyone know what the permissible NSF fee for the State of Mississippi is? I can't find it anywhere. I checked paydayloaninfo..org and all it says is that payday lenders are allowed to charge an NSF fee. They don't say how much. Is there a better resource for this type of information that anyone is aware of? Any help is much appreciated.

I have an online pdl through EZpayday cash and there site tells me this: Your online agreement will be governed by the state of Utah. All the applicable laws and regulations of Utah will apply to your online agreement. I realy want to know that if this is true or is it through my state even though it is an online pdl. by the way, anyone know if they are illegal as well? Thanks for your time.

I have been searching for a debt settlement company and came across a video by Gerri Detweiler on New Era debt solutions website. Does anyone know anything about her?
