Has anyone heard of a law firm call Legal Processing affidavit company? They called me last week telling me I was I had to pay $1073 that day or the papers would be filed in court the next morning at 11 am. When I asked who this money was owed to they told "cash advance payday loan co". I had never heard of this company and told them any outstinding loans I had were all paid in full. They would not give me any additional information. I had asked for copies of the loan documents and they told me they I could get 21 days after my loan was paid back.

uhm....I'm a tad confused about this topic. Is the point that it's ok to run up gambling debts because some states make it illegal to collect on them? It seems to me that any debt one incurs should be re-paid, otherwise if one gambles online KNOWING the debt "can't" be collected...isnt that basically stealing?!

I want to consolidate all of my bills, how and when can I do this, my credit is bad and I want to clean it up

What type of legal action can payday lenders take in ohio? Can you go to jail?

I have a loan with these guys. Anyone know if they are legal or illegal? I also need an address. I have a phone # of 877-444-0555 and fax # of 877-444-0551. Loan issued for $500 on 6-06 Have paid $150.00 4 times in finance charges for a total of $600.00 paid to date. They say I owe total balance of $650.00 which represents the $500 principal and $150 finance charge. Thanks again, Diane

How it going, Quick question. I am trying to settle a conns account with a agent. She dropped down the price from 840.00 to 424.00. She wanted my credit card to secure the fund and she could only send out agreement only if i gave her my Cc. If agreeing to pay this amount. I told them i would call them back. But what she also said i could pay 255.00 and have it still be paid in full but it will show up on my credit as Charge off/paid less than full balance. It is cheaper but will that hurt my Credit Score or is it the same as paid in full. If i can pay it off cheaper that would be great.
