Does anyone know if credit inquires will fall off my credit report after my Chapter 7 has been discharged? I have like 51 from 2007 because of a "BOGUS" realestate company.

I became totally and permanently disabled in 2004 (I'm nearly blind). I have a student loan that's been on forbearance for a while. I learned that if one is totally disabled a student loan can get discharged. I had my doc fill out all the forms and we mailed it off. I got a "preliminary" approval to have this loan discharged and it was being sent to the next level. In today's mail the next level sent a letter denying my claim for "medical reasons." Since student loans are made from taxpayer money, they don't mess around with this stuff.

About a year ago I took a credit repair seminar and it was pretty descent. One thing that I learned was that about 80% of the time, you have a good chance to dispute any delinquencies on your CR. The guy that did the seminar said that most creditors keep their records stored for the past two years. And after that they store their records elsewere.

What type of debt qualifies

I received a summons the other day and am not sure how to respond. I have been making small payments to the original creditor and they have been accepting them. The summons I got was from the collection agency and does not have a court date. I owe the debt of about $1600. Since it is the collection agency sueing me should I make them validate the debt. Should I try to settle with them? I really don't have much money to work with probably $100 a month max. I'm also afraid to call them because they always bully me. What should I do?

Hello, my wife and I are in desperate need of some advice. We have $30000 in unsecured debt and have already talked to a CCCS counselor who advised us that we should file chapter bankruptcy due to all the other secured debt that we have. We have talked to a BK lawyer and it looks like we will only be able to do chapter 13. The question I have about the BK is, my income varies a good bit, depending on how much overtime I can get, right now there is no over time but the last two months there was and so my income was pretty high during those months.

I have taken out a loan with CashNetUSA, and they debited my account for the 401.75 I owed. They say is was returned for NSF, but my bank says it was paid. I sent them my bank statement, but they have tried to debit my account for the money again, only using two amounts to get their money again. Is this legal if I did not authorize those two debits?

Can I request that my job not appear in my CR so CAs can't locate me at work?
