i was in so many ways threaten by one of them internet payday loans that its internet fraud cause i did'n pay it off yet is this true?

ok well i recently closed my account because i don't know what to do to handle these loans and i can't afford to loose anymore than they have already taken out.

I am in Pennsylvania and am in trouble with payday loans. I currently have 7. They are from: Payday Loan Yes Check Smart Geneva Roth United Cash Loans Cash Supply 500Fast Cash I have been reading the forums and feel so relieved to know that this resource is available. But, i'm not sure where I need to start. I see that some have opted to close their accounts going into default. I am considering this, but am scared and don't really know where to start. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We received a summons this morning. Asset Acceptance is filing a suit against my husband. It states the court date and time. What do we do now? What happens in situations like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This company deposited $200 into my checking account w/o my authorization or approval!! Who are these people and how do i contact them

I wanted to post this here - even thought they aren't really a payday loan...they sure operate one. Has anyone AT ALL been successful with a settlement from them?

i pulled my credit report today and found lvnv on my credit for a a old paypal buyers credit account. i had no knowledge they were on my report. ive heard alot about them on these forums.. should i fire a dv letter to them and if they dont respond despite it?

Me and my husband have found ourselves in financial difficulty. We are now three months behind on a what is called a quick click loan. And they are threating to contact a lawyer. We have previously tried to go through with debt reduction but, was unable to because of the quick loans. Anyway, I was wondering if they could contact an attorney now or if there was a longer time period that we had to be late before they could. We live in Tn if this helps. Thanks

Payday avenue sent a DEMAND to my employer, and they are intending to pay it. Is there anything I can do to stop this. I have paid them back more than what I should have and shouldn't owe them ANY money. What can I give my employer to stop this?
