Hello, I have the following loans: :oops: :oops: :cry: :( :( Eastside Lenders- Internet Borrowed $600 on 5/29 have paid $600 4 roll overs GECC Borrowed $400 on 1/30 have paid $ 1175 12 rollovers Paychecktoday Borrowed $ 300 on 6/16 have paid $180 rollovers 2 LoanShop Borrowed: $ 400 on 5/21 have paid $480 rollovers 4 CMG Borrowed $300 on 6/16 have paid $180 rollovers 2 FTR borrowed $300 on 5/1 have paid $540 rollovers 6 Geneva borrrowed $300 on 7/1 have paid $ 90 This week ALL of these would have rolled over again. I have closed my account.

Where can I get info to sent to the PDL's that say that they have to go by laws in my state of California and not their own laws?

I have some debt that i need to resolve. Where do istart with Credit Card companies? How do i deal with collection agencies? Is DV first step? Thanks for any help

has anyone here been sued by amex for non-payment? I've been reading that Amex has an internal collections department. That's also why I am wondering if they would work with me once it's in collections since I am willing to pay off the whole debt---just not at the current payment.

I'm wondering if anyone has ever had this happen and what I need to do. Back in June of 2006 I had a place calling themselved Pre-litigation contact me about 3 payday loans I had, they used the same threats on me and I was one of the stupid ones and sent them the money. STUPID STUPID STUPID ME...anyway fast forward to 2008. Back in June I started getting phone calls from very heavy accent man who did the same threats such as arrest and all that good stuff. This time no longer afraid. So I contact an attorney for consumer rights and a suit is in progress. My question is this.

I had a $300 loan with Cash Central. We have been back and forth all day with e-mails. I pretty much told them that were not licensed in Louisiana and that my loan was illegal. They kept telling me they were following Utah laws. I proceeded to send them the Lousiana laws pointing out that a payday lender must have a physical location in Louisiana to get a license. Of course, they kept responding that they were approved by Louisiana to lend under the Utah license. I asked them for proof of this approval.

Hi Folks, I just received papers that I'm being sued by ERC here in Indiana. This is on an old capone debt. I became permantently disabled 4 years ago and the cc with a $300 limit went to $1000.00. Being on SS and barely able to eat, I've never paid this old bill. I was told some time ago that since I'm on SS not to even worry about it that I was "judgement proof." Today I have these papers and the courthouse is telling me I have 20 days to respond. The gal there was pretty vague. What should I do here? Thanks!
