Hi, I had a vehicle that was repossessed a few months back. The bank (Altura Credit Union) had auctioned it and is now asking me to pay the difference of about $20,000.00 which I can not afford at this time. Can they sue me for this loan or even garnish my wages for it? Please advise, appreciate it.

Does anyone know CuraDebt out of San Diego, CA? I have a friend who told me they had a working relationship with James Lombardo and AFL. This person tells me their actual call center is in Medellin Colombia and that their owner Eric Pemper is no better than James Lombardo, it seems this company has lost some money from trust accounts they once st up for clients. Any info on this company, their BBB rating seems clen.

He has been feeling pretty home sick recently. He has not seen any of his family since the middle of March and he is starting to feel a bit lonely. Has has made some friends, although most of them are girls, it seems. I tease him about being quite the ladies man and he just tells me to be quiet. LOL He has gotten to where he calls me every day again sometimes twice a day depending on his mood.

Hi, Does anyone have any information on the following companies? I have a loan with each of them and I'm trying to dig myself out. I know I've paid quite a bit on each one, but trying to find out if they're even legal in the first place, I live in CA. Thank you in advance your any help/advice! White Sands (Original loan $450, have paid $405 ) Cash First LLC (Original loan $300, have paid $270) United Cash Loans (Original loan $300, have paid $180)

This is just to weird or fishy to me. I received a letter in the mail today from the Bankruptcy Court stating that PRA Receivables is asking that a claim be transferred to them which was originally filed by LVNV Funding. Now the part that is weird to me is that Resurgent Capital originally filed the claim to be paid, not LVNV, even though they are one of the same. I just wonder why this is? It's obvious that Resurgent Capital aka LVNV Funding sold the claim to this PRA Receivables and I wonder why.

Okay so after having a pile of bills and debt stacking up I have decided to do a debt settlement process. I have researched and found what I think is a good one. Compass Credit Services or AKA Global Client Services. Does anyone know about this group?

I live in N.C. and bank in Indiana. Who has the upper hand as far as collecting money acording to payday loan yes?

I have decided that debt settlement is the way for me. How do I find out which companies are legit? I went to BBB and D&B and they want money for a report on a buisness. I just want to know if somewhere there is a list of who to trust. Has anyone dealt with "Topaz Financial"? Or how about "Credit Solutions"? What about "The Hermosa Group scam"? Any input would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks! :)
