I don't know what to do. I've read many threads on this website & I'm hoping you all can help me with some suggestions. Here's what I'm facing. I live in Washington State. I have 7 PDL's out. 5 are Storefronts & 2 are Internet. Storefronts are: Money Tree - Original Loan $600+Int of $85 = I owe $548.00 Ace Cash Express - Original Loan $650 + Int of $90 = Owe $740 Cash Store - Original Loan $700+ Int of $95 = Owe $795 Allied Cash Advance - Orig.

I remember back in the 70's with the gas shortage and they lowered the speed limit to 55 I believe then. I personally think they should reduce the speed limit back down to 55 to help people out with the high price of gas. Does anyone else agree with me? I personally think that 75 mph is way too fast, especially if your car has broken down and you are sitting on the side of the interstate and idiots are flying by doing more than the speed limit :twisted: .

Ok so I have a major dispute with LLS. If you visit the website (www.littleloanshoppe(dot)com) there is a clear display of "short-term installment loan" on the homepage. Also on that page there are option for "Cash Advance" and "Quick Cash". When I applied for a loan with this company ages back, a CS rep informed me a "Cash Advance" was the same as a payday loan. I agreed to the "Cash Advance", but when I received my documents it stated I digitally signed for an "Installment Loan".

Ok, so I had quite a few credit problems when I was younger, and have been working to get everything cleared up. The last 6 adverse items on my TU report are payday loans, and I would appreciate some feedback regarding my rights, etc. My state of residence has always been Illinois, and all of these items are online (not storefront). I do not know how much has been paid on any of these, and I am not sure where to begin to locate this information (if needed).

I have a small problem. I live in NC where payday loans are illegal. I got an settlement offer from Arrowhead before I got an response from the NC Attorney General office. Once I got the letter, I faxed a letter to the company telling them that payday lending is illegal in my state and I am only going to pay the orginial amount borrowed. I got an e-mail from Dennis telling me that I waved the right to follow my state laws. What should I do?

He has taken $4Kfrom my account and nothing has been settled. The 4K was his settlement fee. He has not paid the CC and it appears that the settlement letter is a fraud. I am at my wits end here. I never thought someone would steal money from me like this--I feel so stupid and taken advantage of. Of course, I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and say that perhaps his site is undergoing maintenance or something, but he removed our ability to PM each other at one point and then the forum closed shortly after. I should have known.

Hi again, I've been trying to search the forum for success stories with loan point usa (geneva roth) and arrowhead investment / vc funding. Most threads end before anyone tells their success stories. Can anyone give me REAL hope that these companies WILL go away?? Of my seven pdls, these are the three I most worry about...
