are the following online pdls legal in louisiana? ameriloan, paydaymax, the cash spot, a2bcash, discount advances

In November I borrowed 200.00 from cash advance usa in Florida I live in Minnesota. The interest rate is 608.33. I made 10 supposedly interest only payments of 50.00. It is illegal to rollover loans in MN they did it 10 times. My bad I dated a check that was faxed to them on 11/8 to get them to stop debiting my account I closed it. From my calculations they owe me but I could be wrong? I am not sure if they are even legal.

I filed a complaint 6/3 against Vincent P Cignarelle and Epayday loan with the BBB and the New York AG office. I requested in my BBB/AG complaialsartan a payment arrangement I also requested a account ledger/debt validation. I also requested that all degrogitory information be removed from my credit file while this is being checked into. Of course they accepted the payment arrangements but it has been over the 30 day time frame that I listed in the request and have yet to receive the debt validation or account ledger. I just checked my credit report and they are on there.

Okay, so I had my husband mail and fax ach revoke letters to CashNet like 2 weeks ago. Plus I got the banking operations ach dept. at our bank to block cash net from ever debiting our account. Now my hubby is getting frustrated that they keep calling him at work, even when he is not there and he does not have an office job so it is really annoying. I told him that the next time they call to tell them to cease the calls and all communication must be via e-mail or US mail. should he send a C&D letter as well.

Okay, here's a quick update on my Texas PDLs. I worked out something with my 2 legal ones (PayDay One & CashNet USA)...well CashNet didn't work out anything, but I will be sending them what I can every month - they actually said that that was fine, but it wasn't considered an "arrangement". B.I.G. -- not one word from them.......is that strange or what??? I defaulted on May 30th........and the same goes for Cash Transfer Centers......no word.

So I think i've made a lot of progress with the PDLs i have...i've gotten written proof from them of amounts I've paid (i guess in extention fees) and they total way beyond the principle owed. So my question is what else should i do to finally settle these. Actually i haven't had any phone contact in almost 2 weeks (which is great but also i'm wondering why).

Hi, Sadly because of the recent WGA Writers Strike in Hollywood and a recent work injury I totally overextended my credit over the last 9 months. I have close to 80,000 I owe to credit card companies. I just signed up for debt settlement and wondering about keeping a few credit cards with small balances that I kept from going delinquent. It's been months and I'm getting calls. lawsuits , with they promised me would not happen, and can never get thru to cust. service, they ignore me. I then founfd out they have a big fat F with the BBB!
