is it time to have these removed....can I just dispute them and they will be removed

I live in Texas..being suied for an old sears account by LVNV Funding..can I beat them in court?

My paydayloan creditors keep withdrawing money from my account and the bank will not let me close it. I asked them to block them and they say they have but my negative balance is tremendous b/c the creditors just keep trying what should i do?

My daughter is way behind on her student loans. The loan has been turned over to a collection agency who is demanding way more than she can pay and threatening to garnish her wages. Can these people be negotiated with to allow a reasonable payment and to stop or forgive interest accumulated on this loan?

i got a notice today in the mail and i have already been sued for this once but they are wanting more money. What do i do?

T & C has now sent proposals and payments to all creditors. Of course 2 PDLs are telling me they have not gotten anything...The credit card companies have all also gotten payments, and continue to call serveral times a day...How long will that last do you think? They all keep telling they see no proposals either, but I know they got the payments cause I look them up on each of their websites....I just need some peace!!! Just wondering how it's going for others who are using T & C.

I have an acct. that started with !.9% As soon as the year was up they went up to 19.74. I requested an explanation and got a reply that they could not offer anything else.No explanation either. I am in good standing on all my bills. I called them but they refuse to work wiyh me. What can I do?

I currently have loans with them all: ameriloan $300 loan (paid 270 in refinance fees) 500 Fast Cash $300 loan (paid 270 in refinance fees) VC Funding $300 loan (paid 180 in refinance fees) Arrowhead $300 loan (paid 180 in refinance fees) Loan Point USA $400 loan (paid 360 in refinance fees) Upfront Cash $400 loan (paid 240 in refinance fees) Upfront Payday $400 loan (paid 240 in refinance fees) Refinancing, I know, is illegal in Ohio.
