Hello, I have a question, I'm not even sure if this is the right board. I'm late on rent. It was due July 1 and it says in my contract that after 5 buisness days (not counting weekends or holidays), it is considered late. On july 5, they called asking for rent. I was so nervous I forgot it wasn't five buisness days but whatever. It states in my contract that after 5 buisness days late, I am to get charged $35 a week.

Offered job in another country. Thinking of taking the offer. My debt is all from unsecured credit cards and payday loans. I know there's no way i can go to jail if i don't pay these. Can these people find me if i'm in another country. can they garnish my wages? I don't really like running from my debt but i cant afford to pay it at the moment.

How can I get out from under payday loans? I am in way over my head with payday loans(5 I am embarassed to say.) I have one coming due at the end of this month for over 1300 and there is no way to pay it. I was robbing Peter to pay Paul so to speak. I feel like I am in a desperate situation and I need some very quick advice about what I should do now. I am not sure where I went wrong along the way and I will never take out a payday loan again.

I was wondering, after the OC charges off an account after 120 days or something like that. Are they still able to collect on this debt or does it have to go to a collection agency?

I am thinking of doing a debt settlement on two medical bills I have and I was going to do it through The law offices fo Bonnie Canty in FL. Included in my monthly payment will be a $25 service fee and a $750 retainer for her services. Does that sound about right? Can anyone recommend another alternative?
