to report your dispute to the CRA's? USPS shows they received my letter yesterday.

I had a judgement issued against me in Fla., I later moved to Ga. I am disabled and have no assets and my only income is SS, a few months ago I noticed on my credit report that this judgement was "Charged Off" along with 2 credit card accounts. Does this mean that the judgement is no longer collectible? There is a JDB trying to collect on one of the CC accounts, but I haven't heard back from them since I sent them a DV letter, although they continue to report on my credit report.

Ok so today we get a letter from NCO stating our JC PEnny account has been turned over to them and it talks about the 30 days to validate the debt...T & C did send JCpenny a pmt and proposal, but I'm guessing us getting this notice, means it was to late? Also what do I do about this 30 days to validate thing? Applied bank who also was sent a pmt and proposal (accepted the pmt I might add), sent us a letter stating the account does not qualify for dmp do to the fact it has not been open for 9 months..Sept will make 9 months.

I have gotten a payday loan back in 06 I had some bank issues and they closed my account due to these payday loans,now in 08 I mysteriously start getting theses phone calls threating to come to my job and arrest me and press charges on me for this I mean I get at least 30 calls a day they are out of California and I am in pa the loan was 200 and I believe I paid 50 of that back before the issues with my bank I don't know what to do they keep telling me they will send someone to my job to arrest me they are causing problems at work to because they call there to although I demanded they not call

It is a well known fact that you could make hard inquiries disappear by pulling your report everyday with this product.Transunion is doing something with their software to cause this previously bumped inquiries to reappear.They are allowed to remain two years from date of pull if pull was legal to start with.I have not been affected by this yet& I am asking anyone who has the service to keep a heads up to prevent suprises.
