Hey guys, I'm new here and I've been doing a lot of reading and searching for the past couple days. I have a couple questions now. I have about 10,000 in credit card debt and for reasons which I won't go in to right now, I messed up and when the bills were too much, I just stopped paying altogether. I know now it was dumb, but it's been almost a year now and I just don't answer their calls. This has got to change obviously, and I need to get myself out of debt because ignoring it will get me nowhere. Pretty much all of the debt is with a CA now, and I am considering debt settlement.

I am just doing some research trying to find out what options i have. I am 20-30k in debt and i am struggling to provide for my family and keep up with current bills, like anyone else. I hear about bankruptcy and debt consolidation, but i am not in that much debt. But one thing is for sure, every month that goes by, my debt gets larger! I dont know where to start! I have dealt with some pretty rude collectors and will not call them back for i have no solutions to offer. any advise would be appreciated!

On June 26, I sent a letter via USPS certified mail to a company called "Cash Zip" with a mailing address in Pierre, SD. They are an internet-based payday loan company. They are licensed to lend in SD, but I am in NM, and they are not licensed in my state. They are the d/b/a for M3 Internet Services in La Fayette, GA (hmmmm...) The letter stated the amount they claimed I owe and what I have paid.

i took out a loan with them 3 years ago.. i paid 1100 on a 200 dollar loan.. i closed my account and been geting there calls for 3 mounths then they stop all together.. my questain is should i seek a paid in full letter even though i havent heard a peep from them?

Is there any way I could consolidate my payday loans?

does anyone have any info on midland financial? like phone numbers etc,

I can't find an email address for them. I need to send my cd letter but can't find it. Anyone help? thanks much! Laura
