question for you. I am being harrassed by phone by Nelson watson and Assoc. and they are calling the wrong number. Never been harrassed by phone before. What would you do? They have been calling daily for weeks asking for a person that doesn't live at my phone number. Deb

Hi, In Sept. 2007, my husband bought glasses at Lenscrafters, submitted our vision insurance. We thought that once the insurance was settled, we would receive a bill for the remaining amount. However, we misunderstood that the amount on the receipt was what we owed and that Lenscrafters would send the account to GE Money Bank, as a matter of policy. However, Lenscrafters apparently confused my husband's account with his father's account. They have the same name but a different middle initial, different address.

i just got a summons today from borack and associates for a debt. what should be my first move, should i call them and try to settle out of court or go to court and see what judge says. by the way the name at the bottom of summons (signature of lawyer) does not appear on the borack website!?! i find it a bit odd!!! thanks for any kind of help!

I went to BBB Florida and Hess Kennedy gets an "F", has anyone gone to PACER to check the latest news. Last time I checked there were 2 lawsuits against Hess Kennedy et alone by Chase Bank and the other by 4 Attorneys General.

I know when you are with a dmp, your credit report show "slow pay" under the accounts in the program, I'm just wondering, as things get paid off will my credit score start to improve? I also have a car payment which I've always kept current, will that help?

Okay so I pulled my credit report with transunion. I disputed some information and looked at my report this morning. Two creditors (one being ARROW and the other JC penny) re-aged my account to this past may and june. I have not made payments towards these accounts in over a year, JCP is a paid account and ARROW well arrow is arrow. So how do I dispute this? In otjer words how does one handle re-aged accounts with the credit bureaus AFTER disputes?
