Do I have to pay a fee to get information on the grant

A Rep from Zwicker and Associates called and wants to set a payment plan with and take a payment out of my checking account each month. Now I know I should'nt do this. I am with a debt consoldiation co and they said the do cannot payments from them only check from my account. I have read several blogs about them, are they a legal law firm. Also should I continue sending them payments from my det consoldation Co??

Debt Reduction Services - I have been with them since June. I know they are with BBB, just wondering if they are any good?

I was sued by a ca, asked for validation, they sent me the info I was looking for, anyway, I agreed to pay them back in monthly payments, the law firm representing them sent me the agreement letter. What I want to know is: I have a court date in 1 week, I sent the letter back to them, do I have to tell the court? Do I tell the court on the day of my court date or sooner? What do I do or does the law firm file the papers with the court? My court website does not say and does nto give out much info, just wondering in general. Thanks

So, let's say you get a case dismissed with prejudice, what that means is they [the CA who sued you] can't sue you again, correct? BUT, what if this CA decides to sell it to another CA, does the process start all over again? Is there any end to it?

I have a name on here but I can never long in corrctly unless I am at work. Anywho- I have a debit account online that I use randomly netspend visa. If you have payday loans debiting your money that you can not afford to have taken, I sugest using the online debit account, you can have your check direct deposited there and you are protected because they do not allow ach preauthorizations, you can set up bills to pay but it is all completely in your control. If you bank is not helping you as fast as you would like, # 1 is to preserve the safety of your money.

I'm in Oregon and have rolled over my PDL's about 5 times; and since this last payday 06/27/08 my account is in the negative. I am wondering if I should put a ACH block on my account and also since I have rolled over the PDL's 5 times if I am able to tell them that I am done paying on them and for them to consider them Paid In Full?
