Are there companies that help you consolidate payday loans and save you money on the interest?

I have Midland (collections agency) listed five times on my credit reports (all three reporting comps) each listing different dates, different accounts, and all being reported as "disputed by consumer". They call my home on occasion claiming to be lawyers, etc....doesn't scare me. But I have sent validation letters--nothing, I have told the credit report companies and they do nothing but list it as disputed. Well, now I find another listing opened this year with Midland. How can they do this and how do I get them to stop.

I have been paying off some of my creditors through a CCS. My question is, I have 3 other debts that I would liike to pay off, but I have heard that if you make a payment they can sue you, I'm not sure I understand this. The 3 I want to pay are old debts, last payments to them were probably 5 years ago and I am in New York. Also I know that sometimes the CAs don't want to deal with CCS

another loan scammer has come out on a saturday.this time it's name goes by thomas hanks.this loan spam is on 18 payday loan posts.also two debt settlement posts.until a MOD can clean this up please do not respond to any of these.they are SPAM and a SCAM.

Anyone see the advertisement for the new "The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor" advertisement? It's due out in August. I can't wait!!!! I'm a huge fan of the fist to movies, and was always holding out hope there would be a third one, and I'm not including that "Scorpion King" prequel. Was not one of my favorite movies at all. Now, my patience has been rewarded! I'm disappointed, though, Rachel Weisz isn't going to be reprising her role as Evelyn Carnahaan; Brendan Frazier is going to be back, though. Someone else will be playing Evelyn. We'll see how she does.

Does using a debt consolidation program hurt your standing with the companies that you owe?

i got laid off. in the process of getting a new job now. would say i have 4k in total debt. no way at the moment to pay the 4k debt, which is a combo of payday loans and credit card debt. i did have money saved that im currently using for rent and expenses. i don't know. i'm thinking of maybe filing a chapter 7 just to get the 4k eliminated. would i qualify? do you think its a bad idea for that amount of debt?

are they legitimate?

I've been getting garnished for a car accident I was in. I looked up the case on the court system to see how much the suit was for. And the garnishment total was forced to pay has come and gone yet I'm still having money taken out from this garnishee.what should I do?
